Nadine Cloete is an independent filmmaker. Her work focuses on social justice and identity. Her first feature documentary called Action Kommandant about the life of Ashley Kriel is currently available on Showmax. Her fiction debut Address Unknown won the Audience Award at DIFF 2020. Nadine has also been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the African Union Youth Envoy. Her short film, Jeanette Makes Masks, is showing at this year’s festival.
