A Friendly Man is a compelling story about a lifelong quest to belong and be accepted. All through his life, Joza Wilf has battled with feelings of loneliness and worthlessness. We hear about significant moments and memories from his childhood and adulthood that have, today, forged a connection between where he comes from and who he has become. The film chronicles all the places he lived in and the people he associated with in an attempt to gain acceptance. The film’s fundamental message stresses the importance of implementing change and taking charge of your life.
